So, what's a girl to do when she plans a wedding in a month that her favorite flower, the peony, is not available?? Apparently peonies are not available anywhere in the world in September, so I will have to find some fluffly, fragrant, and stunning replacements.
My colors are berries, reds and pinks for the reception and soft ivories, spring greens and pinks for the ceremony. Here are some of my ideas.....just jump in if you have suggestions!!
Mine is also a sept wedding and i'm havin a HARD time deciding the type of flowers. I didn't knw it'l be this hard. ha! Thanks for dropping by in my blog
All types and sizes and colors of roses - pinks, whites, creams, Sterling Silver, etc.; hydrangae - cream or white; mini cala lilies; any pale Casa Blanca style lily (no Star Gazer please) - this should get you going! Drop by the wholesale flower market a couple of weeks before the wedding to see what's around. xo xo
